Business eStatements

FCB’s free eStatement service sends you a monthly account statement directly to your email. eStatement users receive an email notification letting you know that your account statement is ready for viewing with a quick link to our eStatement site.

Sign up for FCB’s eStatements and experience:

  • Access to all FCB statements in one convenient, secure location
  • Search within your eStatements for specific check numbers or specific amounts
  • Beginning in 2016, your eStatement history will build and be accessible for 2 years

To sign up:

  1. First, be an Online Banking user. You can easily start using our Online Banking service by taking the steps listed above
  2. Log into your Online Banking access
  3. Click the tab labeled “Support”
  4. Choose the form “E-Statement Enrollment”
  5. Complete our requested information and click “Submit”

Once you have completed your eStatement request, your next account statement will be sent to you via email to the email address you provided.

Business Mobile Banking

First Community Bank’s mobile banking gives you the ability to bank on the go.

Text Banking

First Community Bank’s text banking allows you to text commands to 662265 to receive balance and activity for your accounts. You can also set up text alerts within text banking.

  1. Download our Mobile App, available for iPhone and Android. Search for “FCB of the Heartland”. See a sample of our FCB icon below.

  3. If you are not using our Online Banking service, click on “Accounts”, then choose “Change Password & New Users”, complete our requested information and you are all set to use FCB’s Mobile Banking service.

With Remote Deposit Capture, First Community Bank is never any farther away than your computer. It’s like bringing the bank’s teller window to your business. Remote Deposit enables businesses to deposit checks into their accounts from the convenience of their office using a PC and a check scanner. All that is required is a Windows-based PC with an internet connection and a check scanning device which we provide.
