Paying back friends and family is faster than ever using FCB’s $PIN – Person to Person payments. It’s a safe and secure way to send funds from your checking account to someone else … even if they aren’t a customer.

To get started, please give us a call at 800.653.4301, or stop by any branch and we can enable the service for you.  

Once you have been enabled, here are a few tips to help you get you started:

1. From your FCB^® Online or Mobile Banking drop-down menu, select Move Money / Start a New Transaction / and choose the account you wish to pay from.
2. Next you’ll select your recipient (to set up a new one, click “+ Add New Payee” at the top and follow the prompts).
3. Once recipient is selected – simply enter the amount, and how you want to notify them.
4. Click “Continue” to review your payment.  If everything looks accurate, click on “Submit”.
